Advantages:

Чистая, уютная квартира, есть всё необходимое для проживания( нет стиральной машинки и телевизора, но нам это и не нужно было).Приветливая хозяйка. Заселение своевременное. Множество магазинов рядом, транспорт в 5 минутах. в общем мы остались довольны.
